Yeah, this is one of the reasons I'm considering having different npubs for different use cases (and an extremely minimal client). I don't always want to sift through a ton of stuff. I kind of miss having the option to get on for ten minutes, run out of notes, and then dip. I don't think near unlimited content is always good. It probably rarely, if ever, is. Nostr makes it pretty practical to have different "accounts" that are tailored to what you want in the moment (maybe it's just morning news for 15 minutes, etc).
The forever content loop may be something we've been conditioned to believe is normal, when it's really just a way for platforms to harvest more of our time. Nostr will let you do that, especially as more people join, but at least it's a choice; a switch that you can flip whenever you want.
Yeah should be easy with multi-account support.
I do this for posting, but could be done for consumption too.
