I'll post refined guidelines to receive the bounty. In short it must be;

1) functional meetup. com replacement on Nostr
2) open source on github/gitlab (preferred gitworkshop.dev
3) simple video walkthrough showing how to sign in with extension (nostr login preferred) and create event/RSVP for event, etc.
