 😂 It’s just a matter of balance on the larger scale as you said. I can only pull that level of energy out for a few days and then have to retreat to the mountains to recover.

 Haha yes, gotta stick to short bursts of fun times and then go into isolation to recharge. 

And honestly, I may be tired but I’m already excited for next year’s conferences 😂
