Just make it fully decentralized and encrypted so that no relay can be liable for the betting coordination.

 Some good ideas here for an ecash betting pool. He relies on a central coordinator though.

 Why not use already known providers and just the login and social aspects of it? Don't manage money just have a LN wallet built-in

 Sure, if you can convince one of the current providers to offer the login and social stuff via Nostr, it will be great.
