 No.  They will relocate themselves in winter.   They are mahogany wasps but I do believe they are pollinators.  I wouldn’t kno how to go about relocating them. Bees. Yes. These guys. Not so much. They are pretty aggressive 
 OK, thanks for the feedback. The guys I have in mind are paper wasps, black with yellow stripes. They are non aggressive but prey on caterpillars from white butterflies which destroy our lettuce and spinach plants. I want to relocate some nests closer to my garden area. I will try some experiments 😳🖖

Even down here on the Bayou, the mahogany wasp is known as one of the most aggressive and psychotic insects around. 
 So happy we don’t have them down here in Aotearoa (NZ), the yellow jackets here are bad enough  😳
