agreed that names are just conventions. that’s why we could have such a thing. we just need a good idea that enough people agree to that it becomes useful enough name squatting is a good issue to consider. i was assuming claiming names could be done by some sort of market mechanism. not sure the specifics, but maybe its “first come”, but involves some sort of staking of btc
