 7-eleven's are terrifying. i feel sorry for anyone who owns them in cities. 

and public libraries in big cities. 

I don't know if the librarians signed up for "you will be front line to humanity falling from 1st world to 3rd world". 
 although that reminds me of visiting a McDonald's here in Texas. I was impressed by the amount of off-the wall problems the staff were dealt and how they handled it all. I had some hope for humanity. 

from the woman  on the sidewalk at the door asking for a dollar to the little old man shuffled up up to order something on his senior citizen discount. 

No one knew what he was trying to say or order, and then the gal who was in the drive-thru window came over and started speaking sign language to him. 

everyone ended up with the coffee , sandwich, and the care they needed from the dollar menu...

if salvation army has a stock ticker, it would be good to invest.
