Thank you! I’ve seen that. But I believe these numbers are to high because they take into account, that real estate prices have not gone down significantly since Covid. Which is not correct. Since there is less demand now and people would not pay the prices statista has accounted in as market prices. 🙏👊

 I saw numbers ranging from 330T-400T so 300T would be lower end of that. But your right, numbers might be higher to M2 money supply going up again.
