@f8d9bc1c @0f12ec1b I used to live blocks away from the Portland, OR Target that's closing. I witnessed thefts there all the time that grew worse during the pandemic. For the majority of the pandemic/riots, the store was boarded up because the windows kept getting smashed. I'm not surprised that they're closing, but it's a sad loss for those who still live downtown.
