 You can store your pack in the refrigerator to harden up those softer pieces. That should help the process! Cheers 🚀 
 I’ve noticed this with mastic gum in the past. The best pieces shatter entirely when you first chew, eventually come together into a tough gum. Some pieces were soft and sticky and unchewable. Is there no way to sort these out (do they dry and improve with age)? 
 Combining those hard pieces with others that may be softer will ultimately produce an overall chew that works.

Refrigeration can also help! Mastic left in higher temps for longer time will soften. Because it is natural, it will be more sap-like if left in warmer temps.

 How many grams of mastic are in each tin? 
 We pack 48-50 grams of mastic per tin. This will fluctuate if there are any extra large pieces in the tin that weigh a bit more. 
 Is your mastic differentiated somehow than other mastic? Currently it’s $41/100g for straight from Greece large mastic “tears” on Amazon. You do have a cool tin, but $/gram needs work if it’s basically the same material 
 from* other 
 We source from the same area, however you will notice on the Amazon comments that the packaging is faulty and thus, the product is not as fresh. We have done extensive market research. Our team has been to Greece several times and know that there is no better grade in the supply chain. Quality and freshness are of paramount importance to us.

On the cost side, we have priced aggressively to sell. So far we have had more “raise your prices feedback” than vice versa!
