 Which Linux distro will it run?

 Debian. Debating though on sticking with KDE for my desktop environment or going back to GNOME. 

I played around with budgie for a little while, but I don't think I like it.

 KDE is awesome but I will end up wasting so much time customizing it over and over.

 Ive have been using KDE for a while, and I like it overall, but I really like the way that GNOME handles dynamic workspaces.

 There was a gnome tiling window manager I used to run. I couldn't use it all the time but it was nice to be able to switch to it.
