 For context, nunchuk doesn't do 0 fee when it says zero fee. I confirmed this today. Felt good. want to have a tBTC LN node and channel? I'm really curious about the pheonix LSP. Seems like there's a lot of opportunity there.

 For Testnet4?

I'm waiting for LND to implement it before I spin up a testnet4 node, currently only running signet for testing 

Personally not a huge fan of the LSP model unless people use multiple LSPs all using an open standard
