I woke up to the first freeze of the Fall, 26 F.  Thirty minutes later, men arrived to fix my A/C that had been broken for the majority of summer.  

I can't say the timing was good, but at least things will be good to go next summer.

the value for the spend and the lack of failure mode is the most valuable part
