I met some engineers for Austal ship yard company at the bar last night. They inquired about my live stream. They asked me questions unlike anyone else had before. 
I realized that what I'm doing can be used in a very specific way for bartenders who want to improve their skillset and generate replicatable results with a specific procedure. Kind of like the army uses standard operational procedures.
When I stream other bartenders I watch then to see what I can implement from their skillset to better mine. 
Its something worth exploring further when the time comes.

 I feel wonder if you mean 4pm till 1230am - or 1630 till 0030? 

4pm till 1230pm would be more that one clock rotation and span 20hrs, though you're a lot younger than me, so you might have the stamina :)
