Of course, plans have been in the works for a while, I already lived abroad. 
This project gave me hope and I put alot of effort and time in it. 
Not just is it a retarded take but it also embarrases me infront of my clients.  

 Of course it is, all tho it s not law yet, it will be passed like every bullshit. 
It's the state and politicians, they are raising their own salaries through this, nothing else. 
But all they get for the Popolo(retarded statists) is brain drain and capital flight. 

They could just legalize Cannabis and Prositution and they get 10x the amount in taxes then this would bring them in. 

But prostitution and Cannabis are controlled by the mafia and most of these sp called politicians are active members and earn a living by keeping it illegal so the black market flourishes.
