It says “in code we trust” but I guess the font isn’t the best, I just switched it up to a more readable one, what do you think about this font ? https://i.nostr.build/Yg7M7.jpg
Yes I think if you remove some small detail lines it can be more clean. But that is also my style so maybe more my thing. Yes I am not a big fan of this font but I know it fits this kind of images. It always reminds me on german designs (as a dutch person) they use This kind of fonts often. (Even restaurants etc 😅)
I was trying to go for like a streetwear high end designer kind of look tbh something you could wear to the club or luxury parties idk lolll https://i.nostr.build/yqB5J.jpg
Yeah you make it all vector? This is very useful to use it perfect for clothes etc If I make something like this I search first for the font I like and continue. The thing with this kind of font it’s hard to find one who is this style and clear to read.
nope not really I’m hoping the plebs I’m collaborating with will handle vectorizing and all that side of the drop, I’m just doing the design, I’m not a designer so I know nothing of what I’m doing which is why I appreciate your feedback and everyone else’s so much 🫂🙏
As long if your concept is clear and you work with the right designer it would work out fine. But I always should go for vector design so you can use it all in different ways and size. Thats why all my art is vector so I can blow it up as big if I want. Because one day one of my PopArt POPs will be a couple meter high at a #nostr and #bitcoin event🤙
that makes sense!! & can’t wait to see it 🔥🔥🔥
That's good advice about the vector. Nothing is more frustrating than blowing up an image and getting blurred lines.
I would go with a fantasy or fairy themed font. https://www.1001fonts.com/fantasy-fonts.html https://www.1001fonts.com/fairy-fonts.html
Good advice!
Yes but to find the perfect one you like can take a while 😂 I hope you make it in illustrator so you can do all kind of things. I can always help after this week. (This week still to busy to finalize my summer art project)
I’m ngl I probably won’t be using a fairy themed font but it’s good advice also I didn’t know about that site so I’ll def keep it in mind to find other fonts that fit other visions!! & I’ll take all the help I can get 🤣 I’m clearly new here
I use lots of custom fonts for my beer labels and this site is a must for free one time use fonts. If you are selling and distributing to a large international market it might be better to go with a professional font and pay for the usage.
I’ll keep that in mind!! 🙏
@bitpopart are you saying you can make your own font (TTF, OTF) in illustrator?
No never did that yet. But all my art is vector when its finished so I can use it the way I like it. Illustrator is my nr1 program
I have rarely used illustrator but for photography I use photoshop all the time. I might have to look into using illustrator more when I have the time.
I am curious, where did you get the fairy image from? My favorite artist for fantasy is Arthur Rackham. His work might give you a bigger selection for fantasy images.
that image was deeeeeep inside of “Elements” under “Graphics” on Canva, it was one of their “magic suggestions” when I kept using graphics of that style I’m gonna look him up! Thank you 🤝
