Honestly had my faith in humanity rattled by people in my neighbourhood up in arms about low-traffic neighbourhoods. People insisting that they have a right to make the air poisonous and the roads dangerous because the alternative is driving slightly further. These are normal people, faced with a policy that will make them healthier, and they are red-faced and screaming in public. Screaming *at* the people who are *proposing that the air should be cleaner*. What am I supposed to do, here?

The same people here demonstrating for climate action are also demonstrating to prevent the installation of wind turbines and legislation designed to phase out high CO2 heating boilers. Go figure.
