I’m looking into krux.
Help me out with why someone would need such a device.
Hypothetically here’s (a friends) setup:
Sign psbt over a sd card to an airgapped coldcard.
I read a use for this device would be scan an encrypted QR code for the seed and scan a QR code that holds the decryption key to sign. When you power off, nothing is stored on the device.
So sparrow generates a psbt QR code that this reads, then scan the other 2 QR codes to sign?
Seems I’ve just transferred the security of the seed phrase to wherever I store these 2 QR codes, and this is just a convenience device.
Do I have this right?
