I'm not exactly sure about that.

Things are much more fungible when new. They stagnate under the inertia that's tweaked by very little things at the beginning. This is why the outset of the implementation of a thing is key to success. (not that mistakes can't be made, but, how they should be dealt with in due course.)

BTC is gaining adoption faster than the internet. No observant person thinks that the internet we have today is more gooder than it was 20 years ago. I am concerned that BTC may be following that same kind of trajectory.
agree things are more fungible when new. I guess I see bitcoin as still in that new/chaotic/pre-establishment phase so I’m expecting a lot more culture/change before we’ve seen ossified culture around it.
I feel as more voices enter the conversation there will alot of flux and disharmony. I hope that we can all work together and find consensus on the main issues as they evolve.
The roots of the ossification are already in place.

With the advent of BTC ETF BS, you can't seriously think this is a period that is "pre-establishment," can you?
more of the establishment is curious about bitcoin than ever before (prob mostly for “NGU tech”), but it’s still a small niche of finance

not a mainstream thing yet. If it were I prob would’ve moved on by now ;)
Eh. When gubment is moving to regulate, it's big enough.
big enough, sure, but still crazy early
I will wholeheartedly agree to that.
