It’s weird to see otherwise great people succumb to the generative AI hype. Reminds me of like 2 years ago when artists fell for NFTs.

Mark my words: any technology that is “disruptive” and that seems too good to be true has at least one major flaw that will make it unusable in practice. 

 @516e4ada couldn't agree more. As with so many things, it will likely follow Garners hype cycle and eventually be used but in far more modest ways
