if that's a gas oven i'd say can be functional

reminds me of something i walked through and slept in the middle of in romania one time, it was like an outdoor kitchen... had all the things but zero security 

 mostly referring to the high level of detailed polish, and finish-work.. looks spotless  

 Security isn't a problem for them. This is just their temporary kitchen whole they are building their house.
