Oddbean new post about login | logout + black one looks pretty decent. However on one of my mobiles it disables automatic brightness function.
Maybe try a smaller tape cutout.
Solved with translucent medical strap. Not so pretty but works good.
Does that just blur out the picture, or fully black it out?
It filters out the picture, you can see just how bright is the scene. Like looking throw white paper.

I wonder if you still can get meaningful data with some machine learning... But it looks alright.
