 If the impetus for adding pronouns was to make Nostr more appealing to leftists, a word of caution:

Give them an inch and they'll take a mile.

Their bread and butter is dismantling stable elements of protocols that have a prooven track record (like the nuclear family for example) in favor of elements that either clearly don't work or are at best uncertain.

Why a fledgling protocol would entertain such people is a mystery to me, they abhor stability.

 That type of person who would appreciate pronouns in bio (retro 2010s IDpol twitter enthusiast) will never come here lol. They have Bluesky, they are happy with Bluesky. They wouldn't touch nostr with a barge poll.

The more sensible left are on Twitter, they don't really care about this and they also wouldn't bother with nostr ever anyway.

Not to mention you can literally have whatever you like in your bio already lol.

There is no audience for this lol.
