Man, it feels like that doesn't it. The entire network of systems seem designed to trip us up, to suppress our joy and freedom and siphon off any gains we make. Certainly the siphoning is real. Bring on the grey and black markets and alternative systems, we need them more than ever. Hopefully that's what we are all building on Nostr. You are not alone.
They take half the output of your labour in taxes so you never have enough to build a capital base, and then debase whatever you do have leftover on a constant basis. This system is beyond retarded.
