 There could be another great depression in the US, this time caused by #Bitcoin. #Bitcoin is a giant pit into which dollars are being thrown. The switchover to #Bitcoin may not be a smooth one.

 You are right, except the failure of the current system will not be caused by bitcoin. It’s going to fail on its own. MAYBE bitcoin accelerates it slightly, but it’s already an inevitability. I do hope adoption and the transition has time to minimize pain for as many people as possible. But swing that the vast majority of people haven’t taken the initiative to learn about money yet… I’m not overly optimistic
