Journalists' bended-knee stance over at the deadbird site gets more and more pathetic. They do what Musk tells them to do, even as he loudly hates them and amplifies people who would end journalism altogether, and make occasionally feeble protests.
There is obviously no degradation journalists will decline. They will keep supporting Musk's business on the insane logic that they're somehow doing themselves a favor.

What I can't quite figure out is why X / Twitter is still daily headline "news."
Does it still have the influence on pop culture/society it once did?
Are the daily X/Twitter "news" stories simply another version of rubbernecking?
