@68e5883f not really... low dose 90mg only came about 20-30 years ago because doctors were advising heart issue patients to take a lower dose. Its all marketing BS.
I have taken one 325mg for almost 40 years now, every single day. Its the one thing I attribute to never being sick a day in my life with anything.
You got sniffles, aches, pains, toothaches, fever, just not feeling good, it is a miracle drug IMO.

Tom and I loved garlic and onions. But our son is allergic to them. Poor guy. Now I just take garlic oil capsules twice a day. I was already taking them because my bad teeth have frequent infections, and garlic is a great antibiotic along with its other health values. Then, when I listed all my supplements for my new doctor, she said it was a good substitute for the aspirin a day she was recommending but that I can't take.
