 @1b4e7909 For the last few years they’ve done an ear wax removal procedure but for some reason they skipped it this year. (It definitely helps me hear better since I suffer from hearing loss.) 

But as mentioned, I’ve never had it this bad before, so this is something new I should probably let them know about. :/ 
 @6ee90ca1 Ugh. Sorry for that news. Nothing changes mine. It just varies in intensity throughout the day. Because it's always been there, I'm able to tune it out.
