Stupid spammer doesn't even pull profile metadata to use your name, lazy as fuck

You’d be surprised how many people fall for this dumb shit, that’s why it is happening and spammers are still doing it 😂😂😂
My favorite is when they forget to remove the placeholder brackets. Hello, [user] Or like "Matt Damon" here: https://file.nostrmedia.com/p/4eb88310d6b4ed95c6d66a395b3d3cf559b85faec8f7691dafd405a92e055d6d/af067c774a16040d67c44bd6a723ab98ca4275c9282281764fd313b6a641113e.png
lol! Lazy morons 😂😂😂
That placeholder gives us a good guess on the age of those scammers lol
It's a template. I see stuff like this all the time in email auto-responders, where the person forgets to add the tag that automatically inserts the recipient's name to the mass mailing, and that "very personal-sounding" guerrilla marketing email falls flat on its face.
Ok, fair enough. Then the template is old 😄
Just a heads-up, your pfp is not visible. void.cat users experienced a rugging when their site got nuked about a month ago. All the avatars of those who used them are broken. If it still displays on your client, it is likely just being retained in cache. I noticed their site is back up, but due to the event, I would personally not choose to use them moving forward. Here is the direct link to your PFP. It is broken: https://void.cat/d/79xNz1uitHV8AZeqAKSfRi
It will always be there, decentralized or not!
