one thing that might be helpful - beef fat and cacao butter both contain a lot of stearic acid, which gives them their characteristic crunchy hardness (it is used in tablets for shiny coatings also) increases certain enzymes and whatnot that make you feel satisfied and not hungry
in my experience though, beef is the best food for this
most recently i started eating beef mince again, the only form of beef i can find, thank god for hamburgers, and first two days i ate the whole 680g in a pack, and ended up cutting back on it to half that each day and also cut back on my intake of milk and cheese
i don't know if there is any other food like this... maybe older sheep, goat meat also has higher levels of whatever this is, but you do not get it from Veal or Lamb
