How I teach my daughter.

When she wanted to trade her midterm grades for a toy, I saw an opportunity to teach her about the true value of POW and continuous improvement. 

Instead of focusing on achieving perfection, I emphasized the importance of learning from past mistakes, growth, and earning rewards through dedication and effort. 

It's a lesson about building character and understanding that true value comes from within, not from material possessions.
