 HODL only means *you don't want to support bitcoin-only businesses, which is just another way to say you prefer the fiat business. So.. yeah not helping anyone.

 I believe what @Karnage meant was hold only objectively makes bitcoin less adoptable, regardless of one’s subjective value.
