 You misunderstood. I don't know if the CIA is Satoshi or had anything to do with it. What makes someone an idiot is thinking that leaving a call sign behind like the "sticky bandits" in home alone is enough proof to say that the CIA is Satoshi.  

 There are a lot of kanji that can make "Satoshi" so that's a just guess

"Nakamoto" is always 中本
and that's an OK translation
