Hello #Nostr friends ☀️ Homestead update for this week. I am still at home for sick leave and will be for next week as well. I also gave my friend some apples for horses as well. And they are both pretty strong in taste. 💪 Next week I will continue with apples (maybe make compot or strudel as well), plums (compot and dry one) and I also need to make broth and do something with pumpkin and carrots. I am really enjoying this 💚 #homestead #garden

io per l’inverno una parte delle mele le faccio cotte, con un po’ di acqua, cannella e chiodi di garofano, un po’ di zucchero (ma io non lo metto mai) e poi le conservo in vasi in vetro. le puoi usare come marmellata, dessert, preparazione di torte, strudel…
