A species of Lantana. In Cantonese we always called it 臭 花, smelly flower, actually I love the smell. In HK Lantana camara is so common. Big attraction for butterflies. 

 Maybe I should add....it's the leaf that has the strong smell. Should be just a silly name we used as '70s kids!
