He puts all his momentum and torque into each punch. His combinations are just so natural, like a well-oiled machine.
And he still has his legs, even at 57. He's like a hydraulic system, the way his entire body springs into each punch.

He is still in great shape! The cardio capacities of a boxer are exceptional. These athletes are blod pumping and oxygenation machines! I just hope his brain keep up as it most likely received many injuries: as age increases, athletes who have been in combat or other contact sports are often caught by the consequences their sport had on their brain. 🤞
