@bade302b bringing back mental asylums. Not, I presume, with the objective of curing or helping people with mental problems, but as a place to put problematic people without the need for those tiresome legal proceedings or evidence. Just disappear people. 

 @c280a324 I think so - same with the plan to "get homeless off the streets" to make himself look better, not to offer help to the homeless. That's my guess.
