Knees are such a pain in the ass where not working as they should. 2 operations at both my ACL, so I can understand a bit the struggle, but can't imagine living constantly with that for years. Stay strong fren, hope you'll find a way to fix it or have some relief 🍀💜

Don't apologise for a rant, we all need to rant and sometimes someone to hear it🫂 

 It comes and goes, just one of those pains you forget how bad it is until you're right back in it. Migraines too. I go 'youre a pro at migraines, how bad could it be'. Then one day I'm confronted with the reality of my frailty again.
