The problem is that they are defining the bottom 70% of real estate as ghetto 
 @86ee8b2c @93fabaf1 of course those who can afford to will view it that way (although most probably don't think "the blacks" but rather "the trash and crime").
I choose to live in a rural area for cheaper prices and avoiding the renter class and the people who don't know how to do anything practical. 
 @8c08929b @86ee8b2c I grew up in a upper poor/lower middle class Hispanic neighborhood.  No crime on my street, but the neighboring ones had regular gunshots at night.  No way am I raising kids in that kind of neighborhood.
