 I ate one of these as fresh shown. Seeds and all. 

It was sweating, drool and harrowing hiccups for a bit.

But I'm a spice whore. And accustomed to abdominal distress. 

Just. Even with gloves. Avoid your eyes. Mistakes happen real fast 😂
