2 peoples willingly going into a voluntary interaction should not be stopped from ouccuring. If the person willingly accepts the position of unpaid work, it is only THEM that can be bale to assess if the work experiences gained through said time is vaible for them to do so. Stop trying to force your worldview onto others. You have no idea what another should deem worthy of their time.
