There are a couple reasons why I can't get a fully degoogled phone (next-best thing is to run Shizuku and use Canta to strip out as much as you safely can) but that's a great offer for people who can!

 we don't carry the pixel 3, is that what you're asking?
it's possible to change it via software, but you need a new good IMEI to replace it
