8. Did you like to read as a child? Which books did you read?

The library was my refuge as a kid, and I devoured books. My dad used to chide me that I'd "read my mind away" 🙄

I remember reading The Never-ending Story at least a dozen times 😅

I switched from reading Dutch translations to mostly reading English in my early 20s and that's been the majority of my reading since. 
 @8b01cb79 @2433bcdf Holy shit did I read as a child! And the school library was definitely my friend (we didn’t have public libraries were I was).  Both juvenile and adult Heinlein were in heavy rotation for a while, along with Asimov, etc.
Edit: not a writer, but this really hit me.
