in which body part you have inflammation?
 @efa2e20e

My knees and shoulders. I was a swimmer in college -- breaststroke. The kick technique at the time was hell on my knees. It also doesn't help that I shattered my kneecap in an accident, ending my college swimming career.

My shoulders are from old age. I have big shoulders, and I'm a side sleeper. So I put lots of strain and compression on them all night.

Since changing my diet, the inflammation is reduced, bit not entirely gone.

Exercise helps too, counter-intuitively

You have inflammation in both knees or only one of them?
 @efa2e20e

Just the right one now. The left knee had a total joint replacent in 2014. It's supposedly a 30-year knee, but I'm doing my darndest to test that theory.

I have the Smith+Nephew Oxinium model. It's worked great for the past 9 years. I just leg pressed 320lbs this morning.
