Clarifications are SO critical! Indeed, though it amused me to just push buttons and see what happened, engineers observing me doing that flagged a big design problem: I was leaning my hand against a critical (delicate) component to reach a keypad. 

It never occured to the designers that users might do this because it was obvious to them that this should NOT be done. But, definitely not obvious to the rest of us! 😬
