Fucking ADULTS get tattoos and regret them later. Regret is unique to developing minds (and even if it was the brain stops developing at 25).
We should hold youth and adults to the same standard, because at the end of the day, it doesn't matter how old you are, everyone can regret things
And that's not even to mention that having sex once, something that's a natural and an instinctive desire, is nothing like getting a permanent tattoo. Completely different things
