 Its probably that law, whats its called... The one that states that square root of employees do half the job. So, if its 9 man team, 3 of them do 50% of work. Its supposedly happens every time. 

 It's almost like the social contract is completely broken and if given the chance most of us will would strangle or worse everyone in management
