Some behaviors are already illegal. Having a camera in front of an illegal activity doesn’t necessarily make it art, which is protected by the first amendment. 

 I think some artists should be shot in the town square for all to see. 
We may disagree on some things. 

 Curious if there are public debates on this we could listen to, I’m sure they’ve happened.
