@ce72be9b @e2d8748d this doesn’t appear to be the convention for Windows. Here’s Notepad (from either Windows Vista — Win32 — or 11 — WinUI 3) and a random WPF app.

Makes sense to me, since they lack symbols for the modifier keys. ⌥⌘C looks nice. AltCtrlC would look weird.
