This is very interesting! It definitely piques curiosity. However, I’m still wondering how an average user of X, Instagram, or Facebook would respond to the advertisement. I can relate, as I had a similar experience when I first encountered Nostr.
Let’s imagine an average person who has no idea what a “protocol” means, like my neighbor Peter, who works as a street sweeper. During his lunch break, he talks with Marco:
Peter: “Oh, nice, a new social media? Nostr looks interesting. Hey, Marco, did you see the billboard? What is Nostr?”

Marco: “I have no idea. Someone told me it’s a protocol, not just a social media platform, and it has plenty of other features. Let’s see how we can ‘download’ this Nostr. Searching in the App Store… wait a minute, there are a lot of apps with different names related to Nostr, like these clients, but nothing named ‘Nostr’.”

Peter: “Maybe we should search on Google. As you said, someone mentioned it’s more than just social media. It seems like a platform based on blockchain that you can use to design apps. Maybe there’s an App Store for Nostr?”
Marco: “Good idea. Let’s give it a shot. I’ll search for it.”
Peter: “Alright, let’s see what we find.”

So, Peter finally got the idea and downloaded one of the many Nostr clients.
